For a limited edition, the Chrismas cake. Mendel's this year is proposing a Norwegian approach for Chrismas. A soft and nice Balance between the cloudberry and the blueberry flavor raise but a delicate Vanilla mousse.

You will find crunch in the sweet dough and softness in the almond biscuit which are both coming to sublimate the dessert with textures.
