Ôbelia it’s a cloud of happiness, composed with red berries crémeux, a very pure dessert which masterfully highlights the contrast between the richness of the white chocolate ganache and the vanilla mousse cream, the cloud of almonds biscuit and the red berries crémeux. The Ôbelia is made from a blend of different varieties of vanilla from Madagascar.
