Baguette tradition parisienne

Mendel's bakers have carried out real research to create breads that ensure better quality, healthier, natural and the best quality ever : The traditional French baguette.

To produce such a quality baguette, we import a flour called "Sauvage tradition" from the Moulins de Paris, under the prestigious "Labelrouge" badge.
It take 2 days of preparations to make those beautiful baguettes.

Allergies : Gluten.
